CONSTRUCTION
WITHOUT FINANCIAL RISK
Constructors are responsible for a building site’s
safety and are liable for any accidents occurring on the
site.
This and numerous other risks are covered by a special CTPL
Insurance. Because it is not enough to take great care in
selecting suitable architects, builders and complying with
communal health and safety laws. The Constructor is ultimately
liable.
And should the Constructor carry out building activities
himself, then he is even liable for accidents of helpers.
This could result in subrogation claims by their health insurers
or Employers’ Liability Insurance companies. Own construction
work is therefore also covered.
